Terms of Service

Cuelaro provides assistive software. You remain responsible for truthful representations, lawful use, obtaining consent, and complying with the rules of any interview, employer or assessment platform you use it alongside.

What you get

A subscription is $29 per month and includes 1,000 voice answers and 100 screenshot answers per billing period, one selected engineering role, and one active Windows device. Allowances do not carry over. Answers are generated by a third-party AI provider and are not guaranteed to be correct; you are responsible for what you say in your interview.

Your role selection

You choose one role before checkout. A paid account receives exactly one irreversible lifetime role switch, protected by an emailed confirmation code. Cancelling and resubscribing does not reset it.

Devices

One activation key binds to one Windows PC. You may transfer to another PC once every 30 days from the dashboard. Sharing your key is a breach of these terms.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the billing portal. See the refund policy for refunds.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches the acceptable use policy, shares a key, or attempts to circumvent quotas or device binding.

Liability

Cuelaro is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
