Privacy Policy

This launch draft documents Cuelaro's data handling. It must be reviewed for every jurisdiction where Cuelaro is offered before public sale.

Meeting audio

Cuelaro does not transcribe locally. The Windows client detects speech on your device and sends the captured audio segment to the Cuelaro gateway over HTTPS. The gateway forwards it to our AI provider, Google Gemini, which produces the answer. Only voice-activity detection and segment trimming happen on your PC.

Cuelaro does not store meeting audio: segments are held in memory for the duration of the request and are not written to our database or object storage. Retention and use by the AI provider are governed by that provider's terms, not by this policy.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent that recording or processing another participant's voice requires in your jurisdiction and under the meeting platform's rules.

Screenshots

Screen answers are triggered only by you. The captured image is sent to the gateway and on to the same AI provider, and is not retained by Cuelaro after the answer is returned.

Resume data

Resume files are stored in private, tenant-isolated object storage, are processed on our own Linux servers, and are never sent to the AI provider in full. Only the sections relevant to a question are included in a request. You can review, correct and delete your resume data from the dashboard at any time, and deletion also clears the extracted facts and cached profile.

Account data

We store your email address, entitlement, selected role, device binding and monthly usage counts. Payments are handled by Paddle; Cuelaro never receives your card details.
